Nothin like the smell of the Potomac! Although.. that hose that is either split or not turned tight enough.. bothers me.. is DC really that lazy ? Love to see that water bill!

Shock and Awe Smaha says: I think Shelby should have his own Starry Award catagory. Something like "Most Enthusiatic About Kickball" or "Most Excited Puppy Dog on Sunday". Something like that. Nah mean?!?!?! Ya heard?

whoa, I forgot to relay the results of the tape measure to my thread! He was a hit! one field was questioned on Sunday, and I pulled out Trusty Stanley and we measured the field and yep, that sucker was off! Just a side note to everyone, the 100' tape is now a permanent part of the DC Star Kickball Bag. He has the field dimensions on the side of him, so NO EXCUSES!! =) The easiest way to setup the field.. 1. Start at home plate, go 84' 10" straight out. that's 3rd 2nd base, pitchers mound is 42' 5" (walk to the middle of the out stretched ruler find 42' 5".. plop pitchers plate) 2. Roll in tape to 60', turn 45º to right, 60' from home plate, plop down 1st 3. Turn 90º to the left, 60' from home, that's 3rd. 4. To be sure it's square, walk to 3rd, it should be 60' from 3rd to 2nd, if it's not move 3rd, not 2nd.. do the same from 2nd to 1st.. but only move 1st if it's not right, not 2nd.. 2nd is never to be touched! He is so antisocial! =) 5. Cones need setup, one each on 1st and 3rd (there should be one by 2nd, but ah well), and one each on the foul lines, 30’ from the bases. For home plate, they’re 10' behind home plate and aligned with the foul lines.. ta da! Field is setup! Yes, it's 2am.. and I'm posting! would you think any different of me! =) And NO! I AM NOT OCD!! hmm.. yea that's so not true! See everyone on Sunday!

sh3lby is not normal. Between the OCD, the ADHD, and the odd sleeping habits, don't even bother trying to figure h3r out. It would take a doctoral thesis to come to any viable conclusions...
