As fashion coordinator Kim mentioned last night, pleats on pants went out of style. When exactly did this occur...?

Is the new Deflated Balls strategy to brink back the pleated pants? If so I'm not challenging you in flip cup anymore because I do not want to win those.

Really? You're going to discount my fashion knowledge? (You've seen my purse & shoe closets... you know I don't mess around.) AND, I can tell you the exact contents of my closet for every year of my life back until when I was about 10. I threw out my pleated pants in 1994 when Gap put out the flat front.
And Scooter, that's a "no". We will not be bringing back the pleated pant (though by the looks of how everyone jumped on our armband bandwagon, I think we could if we wanted to.)

I guess it goes to counter the poor grammar of the Wackos....either that or can I start calling you Col. Klink Scooter as you try to "brink" back other things...? ;D

Leave it to the person with a members only jacket to call boot cut a "bell bottom".

Leave it to the person with a members only jacket to call boot cut a "bell bottom". I bought that jacket as part of Knight Rider halloween costume. I am sure it will see the light of day again for another similar event. What's your excuse for the bell bottoms..? And I notice you did not mention the platform shoes...

Oh, don't make me out you with how recently you wore that jacket. You know it's hard enough for me to keep my mouth shut under normal circumstances.
And are you smoking crack? "Platform shoes"? They're called wedges, baby. And as I mentioned before, the "bell bottoms" (as you call them) are boot cut. For your homework assignment over the weekend, I'd suggest picking up a copy of In Style.

I don't profess to be an arbiter of style, but pleated pants haven't been in for at least 6 years. Nobody looks good in pleated pants. Just say no.

Oh please...I have seen that closet...I suggest you dust off some of the back pairs of shoes in there (well that is if you can get actually see past the mounds of dog hair from Halle's "hair cut", which is entirely another matter) so you can see ALL of your shoes and other assorted older clothes. Perhaps I can refer you to a handy magazine entitled "Shop-A-Holics Anonymous". It'll help you keep your wardrobe straight...
