Because I feel a need to jump start the boards a little, its been too quiet. As always (and especially because I don't scout for regular season much less preseason ranking) these are not exactly official..in fact not even close.
1. 12 Step (0-0-0) - The refitting of last seasons co-champ DBalls leave 12 Step alone on top. Rumor of a pitching arm injury had the competition excited to not see the sidearm curve. Bottom Line is that early season fielding errors aren't an issue if the competition cant get Troys pitches in play.
2. I-Balls (0-0-0) - Are missing a substantial number of DBalls alums, but some familiar faces and Your Mom set the team up experience wise.
3 Faith + 1 (0-0-0)- Providing they avoid forfeits, the Spring 07 runner up should be able to use its smaller roster to its advantage, especially if they've brought back the right players.
4 Wackos (0-0-0) - Have stepped up the athletic side of the game with a solid set of rookies and key alums returning. As always the Wackos are only as good as their ability to avoid late game collapse..
5 . Take it Outside (0-0-0)- Team that spent a majority of seasons on the bottom of the standings has stepped it up a notch in the past year. Picking up some of Flame Ons better players doesn't hurt either.
6 . Kapt Kel's Heroes (0-0-0) - Again we see the return of a veteran team after a season off. May be a little rusty and there are some good teams above them.
7 . Bag Em - (0-0-0) - Have 4 or 5 returning players, and a lot of new people. May be a bit of a learning curve the first few games.
8 . Shock & Awe (0-0-0)- Haven't shown an ability to make the big plays when they need to, though a new season can mean anything.
9 Average Joe's (0-0-0)- Have a season of experience under their belts, and enough players on the roster to avoid forfeits this season, good to see them back.
10 Big Deal (0-0-0) Technicality of being the new team, with no Flame On! to forfeit, you have to start at the bottom of the standings.
