I do feel kind of sorry for the waitress at the Dubliner.

Yeah, I try to stay away from actual restaurants post-kickball. Most of Team Keg went to Cap City, but Annie and I got there, ordered water, and left for Chipotle. A little more accomodating to our drunken state Fun night though!

Yeah she may have been a little rude, but when 10 drunk kickballers walk in, and proceed to break the glassware (and my poor sandal) I kind of see where shes coming from.
Note: If you are drunk enough to break a glass, you are too drunk to attempt to pick up the shards on the floor and will most likely cut yourself and need Shelby to patch you up.

Note to all: shelby is NOT a registered nurse. Do let her tell you she is.

No not me, I did not break any glass, and know enough not to try to pick it up.

Last night was all kinds of fun, but man is my body unhappy right now. And no, taquitos from the 7-11 are not a good hangover cure first thing in the morning.
Shelby may not be a nurse, but he does rock at obtaining phone numbers for people.

He is also very good at "I'm gay so I can touch your breasts" with the DC Star women.

He is also very good at "I'm gay so I can touch your breasts" with the DC Star women. Jealous, Scotty? BTW, great games yesterday. And I promise I won't wallow in the Wackos flipcup defeat for more than the rest of the season!

Of course, I was making mental notes though.
I'm impressed you waited this long to bring it up. Here is my take:
Patrick, realizing that the Wackos one weakness was being sober, promptly made up a story about having to catch a plane so that the game had to be played as soon as we got to the bar. This clever move, along with a lack of A game players (and in my case players on their A game) led to a stunning Wackos defeat. When asked why he was still there and not on his plane later in the night Patrick responded with a "I called and they said that it was delayed so I'm staying a little longer." Thats a little too convenient if you ask me...
That or the Wackos just got beat. Good times in either case.

Scotty, Scotty, Scotty...
You're making excuses again. This is becoming a pattern. Trying to cover for your infamous "A-Team" and such. I'm beginning to wonder if they really exist. I mean, you had the ability to stick in substitutes and we at Flame ON! only had our five players.
And no offense to my team, but they weren't our best either! (I mean, you know what Shelby is like...) You were beaten fair and square with all the advantage on your side, cause Flame ON! plays better drunk, too! LOL. Accept the defeat graciously cause you showed up and y'all played well, regardless!
If you want to stop making excuses for your boys and girls and join a real team, Flame ON will pick you up next season. =)

Hey I shook hands and said good game when it was all said and done. Have to agree with you on the A-team part, if they dont show up its no ones fault but our own. I believe a lack of shiny things last night had Shelby for focused than hes getting credit for. He flipped well every time I saw him play, and he beat me one on one.
I appreciate the offer, but I could never leave the Wackos.

I thought the rules said no subs once it starts?
My impression of Scott on the DC Star forums: "Flip cup, flip cup, excuse, kickball, flip cup, excuse, excuse, flip cup, kickball, armband."
