I'll jump on the Pats bandwagon (because again, being a Chicagoan doesn't do a whole lot for me here - except possibly getting shot on Sunday for not cheering for the Redskins).
Oh, who are we kidding - I like the Pats because Tom Brady is hot.

Yeah, I know baseball season isn't over (being a Sox fan), but there is just something about the start of the football season that's exciting! It's like a rebirth of the spirit!

Of course I watched the game last night. They played well amid all the questions about losing their coordinators and Teddy Bruschi. They even psyched out the Raider's offense by switching their defensive formation. That is Shock and Awe!!!! They got all up in the Raiders minds!!!!
