OKay everyone I know that this is a drive for a few of you - okay many of you - and I know there may be some scoffing at the fact that they are outside of the Beltway, but just an FYI, in case anyone cares.
I am (in case anyone didn't know) invloved ina few community theatre groups and wanted to let people know what stuff, so if you liek theatre and are interested you can come out and see some of my work.
1. "The Women" at Greenbelt Arts Center - this one is a really funny play - great for anyone interested in watching gossiping bitchy catty women stab each other in the back. I did the costumes for this one. Opened two weeks ago, runs for two more weekends.
2. "Moon Over Buffalo" at Laurel Mill Playhouse - another amusing show - a comedy of errors in a way. I also did the costumes for this one. Opens on October 13th.
3. "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" at Laurel Mill Playhouse - its funny and a bit cheesy at the end. It has that Christmas feel good thing going. I am directing this one - my first full length play. Hopefully I will have great actors and it will be fabulous. It opens on Nov 17th.
Let me know if you are interested and I can give you more details.

Nobody should go see any of these as it is plainly obvious that Sarah has no directorial talent. I mean she never tells people what to do or where to go or anything like that does she?
Lov'ya sis ;D

Shut it lil bro! I don't know how much talent I have per se with directing, but I love it (almost as much as being on stage or costuming) and the play is fun, and the cast is great - and thats really the most important part. good cast = less directing I need to do.
but its true I am very good at telling people what to do....

One can only hope that your actors actually listen to you
Cause god knows I have gotten very good at blocking your voice out

I do make costumes for other poeple t times. the cost would depend on what the costume would be and the timeline to make it in plus the price of the supplies. Anyway for future reference let me know. I dont charge alot. less than most places i imagine.
