While funny, it's still wrong. Simply adding a vocative case does not negate the fact that the primary construct still does, in fact, end in a preposition. Its' content remains the same even when the vocative is removed. The only way your sentence would be correct is if it was: What is this "news...letter"? You speak of ass?
